How much support do I get with my contract?

Viostream, Viocast and Viomedia licences come with an allocation of support hours per month based on the level of licence.

  • Support for Viostream Standard is provided by email. 1 hour of support per month is included.
  • Support for Viostream Professional is provided by email or phone, with a dedicated support number. The Professional licence comes with 5 hours of support per month. 
  • Support for Viomedia is provided by email or phone, with a dedicated support number. A Viomedia licence comes with 5 hours of support per month.

A robust SLA with is provided for Enterprise clients. Ask us for more details on our SLA.

Training is provided at the commencement of your contract. We train a maximum of five people per session. One session is included in the licence fee, but additional training at extra cost can be provided on request.
