The Ad server is the heart of Vioad. The ad decisions are made here, and can be accessed via a visual interface (API/Widget) or programmatic API (web service).
Ad decisions are made through a dynamic algorithm that joins together aspects of the frequency capping, targeting, and inventory management components.
