Australian fashion label Ksubi needed to reinvent their brand image to their consumers after a year of setbacks and questions over their longevity. This year Australian fashion label Ksubi concluded the Rosemount Australian Fashion Week and marked their 10 year anniversary with the one event. Ksubi wanted to celebrate the occasion with fans all over the world
Ksubi made the decision to stream their show live, an Australian first and Viocorp assisted them by streaming their comeback, live online.
Viocorp worked with event producers Mix it up!, and production company TDC and streamed the event live from the Royal Hall of Industries. We used our live streaming software and our Viostream platform to allow Ksubi to reach their fans directly from www.ksubi.com. However, the live stream was syndicated to fashion websites around the world such as Harpers Bazaar, Models.com and Style.com. One half of the Australian label said "It gives us the amazing opportunity to communicate directly with our customers all over the world. It's something special, and tangible, in real time".
The live webcast was the lead story in the entertainment section of the Channel Ten news and garnered lots more PR. Over 45,000 on-demand views of the webcast were recorded.
