The Viochat application provided by Viocorp enabled the Prime Minister to interact directly with the community. Viocorp provided the application and enabled pre-registration and moderation functions, and Viochat's ease of use, and detailed workflow and moderation, meant that the Prime Minister himself was able to type responses to chat participants.
